Evers Reflects on 2024 Successes

Wisconsin’s governor is ending his year with a pat on his own back.

Governor Tony Evers yesterday listed all of the successes Wisconsin has seen during his Year of the Worker. They include an ordered pay raise for frontline home care workers, a new AI task force, and new programs to boost apprenticeships across the state. The governor also pointed to Wisconsin’s continued low unemployment. Evers is not saying if he’s planning a theme for 2025.
