Seattle’s new Police Chief will be Shon Barnes, who’s currently the chief of police in Madison, Wisconsin. Barnes will take over after former chief Adrian Diaz was fired after an investigation found he was having a relationship with someone he hired and managed.
Barnes has been in national news this week following the fatal shooting at a private Christian school in Madison where a student and teacher were killed. The suspect took her own life.
