The Green Bay woman who is serving a life sentence for killing her boyfriend during a day of drug use then chopping his body up is accused of a new attack in prison.
Prosecutors in Fond du Lac County filed charges this week against Taylor Schabusiness after they say she attacked a prison guard. The charges say Schabusiness attacked a nurse, and a jail sergeant at the Taycheedah Correctional Institution. She is accused of trying to smack the guard in the head with a medical tray. Schabusiness is looking at a new charge of battery.
