Wisconsin is getting almost 500 new affordable housing units.
The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority says nine new developments will be built in Milwaukee, Dane, Sawyer, Sheboygan, and Door Counties. The money comes from bipartisan legislation and funding from the state budget.
