WI Cares, Madison in Top Ten

Madison is one of the top ten most caring cities in the US.

A new report from Wallet Hub compared 100 cities based on the average amount of money donated to charity, volunteer hours, and homeless shelters. Madison was ranked eighth most caring, with Virginia Beach and Scottsdale, Arizona, at the top of the list.
