Eli Lilly is looking to expand in Pleasant Prairie, and they’re looking at a big price tag.
The company yesterday said it’s going to spend three billion-dollars to grow its facility. The new addition is expected to create 750 jobs. Construction is slated to begin next year. Lilly wants to ramp-up weight loss drug production at the Pleasant Prairie hub, specifically Mounjaro and Zepbound. Kenosha County Executive Samantha Kerkman says the three billion-dollar investment is a historic moment for Kenosha County.
