It’s life in prison for one of the men charged with killing three people near La Crosse back in 2021.
A judge yesterday handed down 37-year-old Nya Thao’s sentence. Police say he killed three people in a local rock quarry over a drug debt. Thao’s first trial ended with a hung jury, but his second ended with a conviction. The other suspect in the case pleaded guilty in October of last year, and is already in prison.
