EC gets a RC.

Eau Claire’s Raising Canes is set to open next Tuesday. The new restaurant on Gateway Drive will open at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning. There are plans for a Lucky 20 drawing, where 20 people will get free Canes for a year. The line for the giveaway opens at 8 a.m., and you have to be at the store to win.
