A Wisconsin man is a million dollars richer.
Ethan Tews from Cedarburg bought the winning Bankroll ticket at a Kwik Trip on Monroe Street in Madison. The Bankroll game offers prizes ranging from 30-dollars to three top prizes of one-million-dollars. Tews is the first person to win the top prize since the game launched in early August this year.
