Public Asked About Eau Claire City Hall Hours

The City of Eau Claire is considering reducing City Hall’s operating hours and is asking for community feedback.

Currently open 45 hours weekly, officials are exploring options like adjusting hours to include earlier mornings or later evenings while closing for part of the week. Deputy City Manager David Solberg says the goal is to improve service quality and convenience despite staffing challenges. Any changes are expected to take effect in the new year.
