Plans on Tap to Expand the Cow

That’s a lot more Spotted Cow.

The owners of the New Glarus brewery broke ground yesterday on what will eventually become a 65-thousand square-foot expansion. There will be new brewing and distilling spaces, as well as a hospitality space. The new building will be four stories tall, and have a grass roof as part of its environmental footprint. The hope is to be finished with the expansion by 2026.
