Price County Sheriff Brian Schmidt wishes to notify you of Huber walkaway Rafael D.J. Colon.
Colon was released from the Price County Jail on the morning of October 15, 2024, to go to work under Huber Law and fled on foot. Colon’s last known whereabouts were at the R-Store in the City of Phillips where he cut his ankle monitor off. Colon was last seen wearing a black and gray jacket, gray stocking hat, blue jeans and white shoes. Colon is 23 years old, is approximately 5’4”, has hazel eyes and short brown
hair. There is no creditable risk to the public at this time.
