Authorities in Sauk County say they’ve arrested four, and are looking for two more suspects in connection to July’s deadly standoff.
All six are being charged with helping a felon escape. The sheriff’s office says each of the six helped Jeffrey Miller escape after he shot at Baraboo Police back in July. He was later found at a house in Portage County where he holed-up. Investigators say Miller later shot himself. The new charges bring the total number of people charged in the case to 11. Five others were charged back in the summer for also helping Miller avoid the authorities.
