Robert F. Kennedy Junior will remain on Wisconsin’s presidential ballot.
The state’s Supreme Court issued the ruling Friday, unanimously rejecting the lawsuit to have his name removed. Justices called Kennedy’s legal briefs “inadequate.” Earlier Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected Kennedy’s appeal to be placed on the New York ballot.
