Police in Chippewa Falls say the latest school threat was, once again, not credible.
Officers say they will step-up patrols at the city’s middle school for the next couple of days out of an abundance of caution, but they don’t expect any problems. Chippewa Falls Schools are not saying just what the latest threat entailed. Wisconsin has seen a wave of school threats over the past two weeks. The attorney general’s office says nearly 150 school threats have come-in to schools across the state since the middle of the month.
