The fourth and final suspect in an Eau Claire murder case is getting a plea deal.
Jamon Sullivan was in the car when an Altoona man was shot and killed in September of 2022. He pleaded no contest to a charge of recklessly endangering safety charge earlier this morning. A judge accepted the plea and he was found guilty. Three other charges were dismissed as part of the deal, and his sentencing is scheduled for December.
