Hunter Education Classes Fill Up Fast

Hunter Education Classes Fill Up Fast

Wisconsin hunter education classes are still available now, but could fill fast this time of year.

The Department of Natural Resources says the classes are run and scheduled by volunteers who may decide to go hunting themselves as seasons kick off, and won’t be teaching as often. Anyone born in or after 1973 is required to have Hunter Education certification to buy a hunting license in the state. Classes are offered in person, online, or as a hybrid of both.
