A group home worker from Fall Creek is facing charges after investigators say she had inappropriate relations with one of her patients.
Prosecutors filed the charges last week againstĀ 29-year-old Alicia Vogler of Elk Mound. Fall Creek Police say Vogler had sex with a man who was living at the Palmer Place group home under a protective order. Authorities were called after several coworkers said the two were too close, and after managers say they found several sexually explicit text messages. Vogler is charged with four counts of second-degree sexual assault. She’d be forced to register as a sex offender if found guilty.
