On Street Bicycle Parking Passes

On Street Bicycle Parking Passes

Eau Claire is going to reserve some on-street parking for bicycles.

The city council last night okayed bike corrals. The idea is to block-off some parking spots on the street to hold bicycles. The bike parking spots will be first come, first serve.

Eau Claire’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee has been working on the plan for a while. They say it should give people more options if they want to bike to work downtown.
