An investigation is underway after human skeletal remains were found in the Town of Two Rivers over the weekend.
A local deer hunter discovered the remains Saturday and authorities are working to identify them. Manitowoc County Sheriff Dan Hartwig is aware of the ongoing case of three-year-old Elijah Vue, who went missing in February. Investigators are unable to confirm if the remains are related to this case.
