TDS Finishes Chippewa Installation

There’s a new option for internet in Chippewa Falls.

TDS yesterday said it has finished installing fiber optic cables in town, and is now ready to start providing service. The company says it laid over 91 miles of cable, and will be able to connect up to five thousand homes and businesses. TDS says it is still working on its fiber networks for Eau Claire and Altoona.
