Wisconsin kicked off the football season Friday night hosting Western Michigan at Camp Randall Stadium. The Brewers take two on the road against the Reds.

After winning the opener five-four in ten innings, Milwaukee blasted Cincinnati 14-nothing in the nightcap. Willy Adames hit a three-run homer in a ten-run ninth inning in game two. In game one, which was a make-up contest from April 11th, the winning run came home on a double play with runners on the corners. The Brewers have won four straight as the two teams meet again this evening at The Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati.

From the diamond to the turf, The Packers will be more than five-thousand miles away from Lambeau for their season opener, but they’ll be wearing their home green uniforms.

The Packers announced on social media yesterday morning they’re wearing green jerseys when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles this Friday at Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Eagles are actually the designated home team, but opted to wear white uniforms for the game. Both the Packers and the Eagles went two-and-one during the preseason.

Friday’s contest kicks off at 7:15 p.m. Central time.
