Many folks use our summer months to hop on the bike and hit the trails or a simply a casual ride to a local lunch. For this week’s Friday Feel Good we hop on and roll into a story about a group of friends and the biking trip that took a turn they never expected:
A 24-year-old biker in Idaho named Zachary DeMoss got separated from his friends while out on a ride this month, and was missing for five days. Police couldn’t find him and were winding down their search. But two friends named Greg and Danielle Commons decided they’d ride out to the area to look for him themselves, and found him lying next to a river barely alive.
Greg tells the story, and ultimately the happy ending as friendship gears up to save a life.
