Republican voters in western Wisconsin will hear from a former Democratic congresswoman at President Trump’s rally this evening. Tulsi Gabbard will moderate the former president’s town hall meeting in La Crosse. Gabbard endorsed Trump earlier this week.
On the other side of the ticket, President Biden will be back in Wisconsin next week.
The White House yesterday said the president will campaign in the southwestern part of the state, but they did not say just where. This will be Biden’s first visit to the state since he dropped out of the race about a month ago. The president, however, is just one of several Democrats who are in and out of Wisconsin.
Senator Elizabeth Warren was just in town, and VP pick Tim Walz will be in Wisconsin on Monday to celebrate Labor Day.
