The Chippewa Falls YMCA, in a collaborative effort with the Chippewa Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP) and Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire, is offering one more opportunity for free health screenings for the community.
This event will offer vital health checks at no cost to participants. The third and final screening this summer will be on August 26, 2024 from 9 AM-NOON. No Registration is required. These free comprehensive health screenings include hemoglobin A1c, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI) and body fat percentage and are crucial for early detection and management of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes.
