Wisconsin State Patrol says a Janesville man is being charged with what may be his fifth arrest for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Shane Okroley was reportedly driving 106 miles per hour in a 70 mile per hour zone on a stretch of interstate in Dane County late Friday night. The 34-year-old Okroley was arrested after a traffic stop. Due to his previous arrests, he was booked on a felony charge and taken to the Dane County Jail.
