Madison On List of City Debt Increases

Madison has the third largest debt increase so far this year, out of 100 large U-S cities.

A new report by Wallet-Hub looked at data points including differences in personal and auto loans, and credit card debt. The report says Madison borrowers increased auto loan debt by almost four-percent and credit card debt by more than three-percent. Boston and North Las Vegas had larger debt increases than Madison. Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and Detroit had the lowest increases.
