Elijah Vue’s mom is now set to plead guilty at the end of the month.
Katrina Bauer was due to plead guilty yesterday, but her attorneys asked for a delay. They say there are still some things that need to be worked-out. Bauer is only facing neglect charges in her son’s disappearance. Three-year-old Elijah has been missing since February, and no one is saying what happened to him. Bauer says she left the little boy with her boyfriend. That boyfriend, Jesse Vang, is also facing neglect charges in the boy’s disappearance.
