Former President Trump’s running mate JD Vance will headline tonight’s speakers on day three of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.
The theme for the day is “Make America Strong Once Again.” Trump is expected to take the stage tomorrow evening when he officially accepts the GOP nomination for the 2024 race for the White House.
Meanwhile, on stage Tuesday Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley is endorsing Donald Trump. During a speech at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Haley said Trump invited her to speak at the event to show unity.
The two had a falling out after Haley’s failed bid to clinch the Republican nomination, but on Tuesday she spoke directly to Americans who are on the fence about voting for Trump. Haley argued that the U.S. will be worse off under a second Biden-Harris term. Haley previously served as the U.N. ambassador in the Trump administration.
