Kersten Family Junk Removal LLC is hosting a mattress/box spring recycling drop off event on Saturday, August 3rd from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
The drop-off location will be in the Calvary Baptist parking lot located at 3036 Epiphany Lane, across from Menards West. The cost to recycle mattresses or box springs will be $25 each, with no limit on quantity. Cash only. Advance notice at 715-514-2199 is requested on or before August 2nd for drop-offs of five or more pieces.
All mattresses/box springs will be recycled by 7 Rivers Recycling in La Crosse WI. KFJR’s long-standing partnership with 7 Rivers has resulted in over 1500 Chippewa Valley mattresses being kept out of the GFL Seven Mile landfill.
