Elijah Vue’s mother is ready to plead guilty in her neglect case.
Katrina Bauer was in court yesterday. Her lawyers have set a plea hearing for July 18th. It’s not clear just what she will plead to, or what kind of conditions will be attached to her plea. Bauer is being held on child neglect charges in the disappearance of her three-year-old son. He hasn’t been seen since February. Police say Elijah Vue was last seen with Bauer’s boyfriend. He too is being held on neglect charges in the case, but there’s no word on a plea deal on his part.
