Mushroom-Based Products Recalled

An investigation into a mushroom-based product manufacturer is underway by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

The department says Diamond Shruumz brand products, including chocolate bars, cones, and gummies, may be causing severe illnesses. The brand makes its product with a proprietary blend of mushrooms and was available for purchase both online and at retailers.
