Six Wisconsin affordable housing developments are splitting 525-million dollars in state funding.
It’s the largest amount housing investment given by the state in its history. The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority says beneficiaries include senior living, workforce housing, and rehabilitation developments. The two projects that got money from the first round of Vacancy-to-Vitality funding in January are currently underway.
