Online Map Sets Private, Public Lands

Online Map Sets Private, Public Lands

A new online map will distinguish between private and public lands in Wisconsin.

The state Department of Natural Resources says the mapping application will show state-owned trails, lakeshores, and rivers, along with state parks and county forests. The DNR says the map is simpler than earlier editions and will be kept up to date. The map is available through the Public Access Lands Atlas app and on the DNR’s website.
