There are questions to answer about a train track death in Oshkosh.
Police in the city say they got a call about a man who’d been hit by a train along the tracks at East Parkway Avenue about 7 p.m. last night. Officers say the 23-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The train was stopped as part of the investigation. No one is saying why the young man was so close to the train.
