The Chippewa Falls YMCA, in a collaborative effort with the Chippewa Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP) and Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire, announced a series of free health screening events aimed at fostering a healthier community. These events will offer health checks at no cost to participants and these screenings are being offered to the community and include providing comprehensive health screenings including Hemoglobin A1c, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat percentage.
These screenings are crucial for early detection and management of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes.
