Transportation Grants Focus on Jobs for WI City

A Southeast Wisconsin city is getting 885-thousand dollars in transportation grants to bring in more than 170 new jobs.

The Transportation Economic Assistance grants will go to Pleasant Prairie to support a rail project. The project will support the expansion of WestRock, a corrugated packaging company. The rail connection will allow the company to transport materials and be environmentally responsible.
