Swissconsin Parties with Polkafest

The sound of polka music was filling the streets of New Glarus this weekend.

The two-day Polkafest celebrating the Swiss heritage of the village south of Madison wrapped up Saturday with a variety of polka bands, local beers, and its popular Beer, Bacon & Cheese event. The Polkafest was made possible by sponsors like the Bank of New Glarus and the New Glarus Brewing Company.
