A second juror has been let go from Minnesota’s massive COVID fraud case because of a bribe.
The juror, only identified as Juror 22, told the court yesterday that they heard about the bribe offered to another juror when they called home this week. That bribe, reportedly 120 thousand-dollars in cash in a bag for an acquittal, was offered to a different juror. That juror reported the bribe, and was excused on Monday. The Feeding Our Future case is being called one of the nation’s largest pandemic fraud cases. Prosecutors say 70 people in the Minneapolis Metro conspired to steal 250 million-dollars during the coronavirus outbreak.
