A Minnesota woman is dead after she fell off her paddle board in northwestern Wisconsin late last week.
The Burnett County Sheriff’s Office says 35-year-old Jessica Lindberg from Prior Lake, Minnesota died when she fell off her board in Crooked Lake last Thursday. Boaters say she went into the water, and could not get out. A kayaker was able to grab Lindberg, but it was too late.
