Riverside Fire District Chief Robert Bowen is now facing formal child enticement charges.
The Rothschild-area first responder made an initial appearance in Marathon County Court yesterday. The local district attorney says Bowen had inappropriate sexual contact with a minor between June of last year and earlier this month. The judge overseeing the case issued a 15-thousand-dollar cash bond for Bowen and ordered him to avoid contact with the victim or their family and anyone else who is under the age of 18. Another court appearance is scheduled for May 30th.
