Tops for Tots, Madison Care Center Ranks High

A Madison care center is being named one of the best maternity hospitals in the U.S. 

A report from Newsweek places UnityPoint Health-Meriter in the top 400 nationally for mother and baby care, awarding the facility five out of five ribbons.  The rankings were developed based on nationwide surveys of hospital managers and medical professionals, as well as data available from nonprofits and sources such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.  Another eleven hospitals appear on the list of just over 400 facilities that received four or five ribbons.
