New Richmond Ag Science Teacher is Teacher of the Year

The first 2024-2025 Wisconsin Teacher of the Year is from Western Wisconsin.

Rachel Sauvola was awarded yesterday. She’s an agricultural science teacher at New Richmond High School. The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction says Sauvola helped develop a program that allows students to grow foods that end up in school lunches.
