Former Elementary Teacher Facing Charges

An elementary school teacher in Hudson is out of the classroom and looking at charges after police say she had sexual contact with a student.

Investigators say the victim is an 11-year-old boy who was in 24-year-old Madison Bergmann’s fifth grade class at River Crest Elementary. The boy’s father went to police after finding text messages between the two. Bergmann is looking at first degree sexual assault of a child charges.
