UW-Madison Police report dozens were arrested during a standoff between protesters and officers Wednesday morning.
Police came onto campus and reportedly took down tents at the protest site on campus. The university warned protestors camping in tents would not be allowed on its property. Governor Tony Evers says he’s getting updates from university staff at least hourly.
