A judge is not allowing Elijah Vue’s mom out of jail.
A judge in Manitowoc County yesterday refused to change Katrina Baur’s bond. She’s being held on a 15 thousand-dollar cash bond for neglect charges related to her son’s disappearance. He’s been missing since February 20th. The judge said there’s too much at stake in the case, and said he’s not comfortable in letting Bauer out of jail at this point. Her boyfriend, Jesse Vang, is also being held on neglect charges in the case. He’s the last one to see Vue.
