Wisconsin’s attorney general is on the list of AGs who are pressing Congress to protect IVF treatment.
Attorney General Josh Kaul yesterday signed-on with AGs from 20 other states in a letter to Congress asking them to act. Kaul says a federal law is necessary after an Alabama court said frozen embryos fall under that state’ abortion law. Kaul and the others say the federal government needs to step-in and clarify that parents have access to fertilization treatments.
