Calling all gardeners! Do you love to garden but don’t have the space? Altoona is offering garden plots for rent at Perseverance Park and at the City Hall gardens. At Perseverance Park, there are also have 3 raised bed plots that are available at no fee.
Water is available at both locations. You just need to bring a hose!
