Fair season could see a number of multi-time winners across Wisconsin this year.
Governor Evers signed a new law that allows people to show their animals, pies, or crafts at multiple county fairs. Up until now, winners could only show their blue ribbon winners once. Fair managers say that limits the number of competitors, and takes away opportunities particularly from young people. The new law also includes a funding boost to make sure local fairs can cover the cost of all of their competitions.
