Wisconsin is partnering with the US Department of Transportation to help review consumer complaints against airlines.
Attorney General Josh Kaul says his office is now able to investigate the complaints, which are typically handled by the US DOT under federal law. The federal agency will give technical help and training. Most complaints are about refunds, flight disruptions, and missing or delayed baggage.
